Employee Experience Coordinator
Job Description
As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you'll be a key member of the People Development & Experience team, providing coordination and administrative support for programs and experiences that help create an engaging, inclusive, and connected employee experience at Numerator.
You will help bring employee experience initiatives to life by coordinating program logistics, supporting employee communications, managing administrative processes, partnering with vendors, and keeping projects and events organized and on track. You'll work closely with the Sr. Employee Experience Consultant and other Talent partners while interacting with employees, volunteers, vendors, and other stakeholders across the organization.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and energized by execution of tasks in a global environment.
Core Job Functions
Employee Experience Program Coordination: Provide coordination and administrative support for employee experience programs globally, including Numerator Experience Teams (NExT), volunteer and philanthropic programs, wellness initiatives, employee recognition, and other engagement programs. Maintain program calendars, trackers, documentation, distribution lists, resources, and other materials. Coordinate recurring program activities and help ensure deliverables, deadlines, and follow-up activities are completed.
Employee Communications: Draft and coordinate employee communications for programs, events, learning opportunities, and other Talent initiatives, under the direction of the Sr. Employee Experience Consultant. Support the creation and formatting of emails, announcements, presentations, intranet content, and other employee-facing resources. Coordinate communication timelines, gather necessary information from stakeholders, and help ensure communications are accurate, engaging, and delivered on schedule.
Employee Experience Events: Coordinate logistics for virtual and Chicago-based employee events that foster connection, engagement, and Numerator's culture. Support event planning through scheduling, registration, invitations, vendor coordination, technology and virtual event logistics, materials, communications, and other administrative needs. Partner with volunteers and internal stakeholders to help deliver organized and engaging employee experiences and provide coordination support for larger events such as Supercharge in Chicago.
Vendor & Contract Coordination: Support vendor relationships and administrative processes for employee experience programs and events. Coordinate vendor communications, proposals, contracts, invoices, purchase requests, renewals, and related documentation in partnership with internal stakeholders. Maintain organized vendor records, monitor important dates and deliverables, and follow up with vendors and internal partners to keep processes moving.
Culture, Belonging, Inclusion, and Diversity (CBID): Provide coordination and administrative support for Numerator's Culture, Belonging, Inclusion, and Diversity initiatives. Partner with the PD&E Team, Employee Resource Groups, and other stakeholders to coordinate logistics and communications for the Inclusive Conversation series, ERG events, and other CBID programming. Help maintain resources, calendars, and materials that support these initiatives.
Other: Provide coordination and administrative support for special projects, Talent initiatives, and emerging employee experience priorities as needed.
Skills & Requirements
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field, or relevant equivalent experience.
Minimum 1+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent, Employee Experience, event coordination, administration, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience coordinating virtual events or programs for a geographically dispersed audience.
Experience working with vendors, contracts, invoices, procurement, or similar administrative processes.
Experience working in a global, corporate environment.
