Role Overview

The role will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives and enhancing overall employee experience at Graviton. The individual will be expected to conceptualize innovative activities and independently manage end-to-end execution of engagement programs across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute creative employee engagement initiatives, activities, and events across teams.
• Build and manage an annual engagement calendar including celebrations, wellness initiatives, competitions, townhalls, offsites, team bonding activities and culture-building programs.
• Drive end-to-end execution of engagement activities including planning, communication, coordination, logistics, budgeting and vendor management.
• Partner with business teams and stakeholders to ensure high participation and smooth execution of initiatives.
• Drive employee connect initiatives, recognition programs, onboarding experience activities, and workplace culture campaigns.
• Gather employee feedback and continuously improve engagement initiatives based on insights and participation trends.
• Drive creative content for employee announcements, celebrations, newsletters, and engagement campaigns./

Preferred Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Event Management, Employee Engagement, Employee Experience, Culture Building, or related HR roles.
• Strong creativity and ability to think of fresh engagement ideas.
• Excellent execution and project management skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• High ownership and ability to independently drive initiatives.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, etc. is preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced/startup environments will be an added advantage.
