Employee Engagement Intern

Job Purpose

The Employee Engagement Intern will support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives aimed at enhancing workplace culture, employee participation, and overall employee experience. The role offers hands-on exposure to event management, internal communications, and engagement program design.

Key Responsibilitie

• sAssist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events
• .Coordinate online and offline engagement initiatives across teams
• .Create communication content for employee engagement campaigns
• .Design posters, creatives, and communication material using Canva or similar tools
• .Support employee surveys, contests, celebrations, and recognition programs
• .Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events and activities
• .Contribute creative ideas to improve employee participation and engagement
