• Listen to employee feedback and help improve workplace satisfaction.
• Support new joiners in feeling welcomed and connected to the organization.
• Bring fresh ideas to improve employee engagement, motivation, and retention.
• Coordinate with HR and internal teams to make every employee feel valued.
