Behaviour & Soft Skills Trainers

• 3+ years experience in student employability/soft-skills training
• Fluent in English & Hindi
• Comfortable with student batches, LMS tools & digital learning
• Energetic facilitators who enjoy games, activities & experiential learning
• Adaptable and willing to travel/stay in Dehradun when required
• TTT/Soft Skills certification preferred, not mandatory

Aptitude & Placement Trainers

• 3+ years experience in aptitude & placement preparation
• Strong command of Quantitative Aptitude & Logical/Analytical Reasoning
• Fluent in English & Hindi
• Comfortable with student batches, LMS tools & digital learning
• Engaging, adaptable and activity-oriented
• Willing to travel/stay in Dehradun when required

Location preference: Dehradun & North India
Engagement: Round-the-year | Trainer Pool
