Role Description
This is a contract-based on-site role located in Tiruppur for an Employability Trainer. The Employability Trainer will be responsible for designing and conducting workshops, delivering lectures, and facilitating skill-based training sessions to enhance students workforce readiness. Additional responsibilities include tailoring training materials for students needs, guiding them on professional development, and collaborating with colleges and industry professionals to ensure impactful learning experiences.

- Knowledge of career development strategies and professional skills training
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and practical learning techniques
- Experience in facilitating learning sessions and engaging with students
- Teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with both academic and corporate partners
- Experience in the education or training industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Career Development, or a related field
