Employability Skills Trainer

GROW is DRF's flagship skill development initiative aimed at young Indians from low-income households. The program bridges the gap between the demand and supply of skilled human resources. Over a 60-day training period, aspirants gain core employability skills such as communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude, equipping them for employment opportunities post-training.

Key Responsibilities

• Train aspirants on an integrated module including:
• English grammar and spoken English
• MS Office and digital literacy
• Basic mathematics
• Soft skills and work readiness (material provided)

Apart from that :

1. Plan and publish the center's training calendar and ensure adherence.
2. Conduct and support assessments to gauge aspirants progress.
3. Provide post-placement counseling and guidance to aspirants.
4. Build networks with guest lecturers and industry professionals to facilitate field visits as part of the sector readiness module.
5. Support aspirants at the workplace for a short duration post-placement.
6. Assist the center with additional responsibilities as needed.
