Role Description

The Empanelled Trainer - Python + Playwright will be responsible for designing and delivering hands-on, practical training sessions for corporate teams in Python programming and Playwright-based automation frameworks. Key responsibilities include developing training materials, conducting live training sessions, addressing queries, and ensuring knowledge retention through assessments and follow-ups. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, catering to corporate clients, with the opportunity to work closely with professionals from diverse industries.

(Note: This is a project based empanelment and will be compensated per session as needed. This is not a full time role. Be a part of the TLC Trainer panel and as and when projects come, you will be allocated based on expertise match.)

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with Python programming, including core concepts, libraries, and best practices.
• Expertise in Playwright for automation, with the ability to design, execute, and debug test cases.
• Experience in creating and delivering technical training programs with clear communication and effective presentation skills.
• Ability to develop customized training materials and adapt teaching methods to suit diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, team collaboration, and addressing participant queries.
• Prior experience as a corporate trainer or mentor in the fields of programming or automation tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities to ensure well-structured training sessions.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
• Relevant certifications in Python or Playwright will be an added advantage.
