We are currently looking for a dedicated and responsible Emergency / Casualty Duty Doctor to join our emergency department team and ensure timely and effective patient care.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide immediate medical attention to patients arriving in the Emergency / Casualty department.
Perform initial assessment, diagnosis, and stabilization of emergency cases.
Manage medical emergencies, trauma cases, and critical patients according to established protocols.
Coordinate with consultants and specialists for further evaluation and treatment when required.
Monitor patient progress and ensure appropriate documentation of clinical findings and treatment.
Maintain accurate medical records and emergency department reports.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical protocols, and patient safety standards.
Communicate effectively with patients, attendants, and hospital staff regarding patient condition and treatment plans.
Participate in code blue, emergency response, and resuscitation procedures when required.
Work collaboratively with the nursing team and other departments to provide seamless patient care.
Required QualificationsMBBS from a recognized medical institution.
Valid State Medical Council Registration.
Minimum 13 years of clinical experience in Emergency / Casualty services preferred.
Freshers with strong clinical knowledge and emergency management training may also apply.
Certification in ACLS / BLS will be an added advantage.
