EMEA TMG Role 1-2 Yrs

Primary Responsibilities

The role is based out of Mumbai and requires working with the EMEA Transaction Management Group during London hours in relation to the Structured Products and ETP businesses. The role will require a fast-learning, dynamic, pro-active, and self-motivated person to assist the team in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities for this role would involve:

• Filing and maintenance of electronic trade documents and folders
• Updating information on excel trackers and keep trade related information accurate and up to date.
• Assisting with documentation relating to structured products and ETPs
• Manage notifications, upload, and update online portals with information.
• Assisting with operations-related matters and other adhoc and regular requests
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to all the above

Skills required (essential)

• Graduate/MBA with 1-2 years of experience.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in English is a must.
• Excellent Excel knowledge a must.
• High degree of attention to detail.
• Organized, pro-active, ability to multi-task and work efficiently, detail-oriented, and self-sufficient.
