Job Summary

The Embryologist / Application Specialist will be responsible for providing technical and application support to the IVF sales team, with a focus on embryology-related laboratory equipment and consumables supplied by Allwin Medical Devices Pvt. Ltd. and the ESCO Lifesciences Business Unit. The role involves close collaboration with IVF clinics, embryologists, doctors, and the sales team to ensure optimal product utilization, adherence to compliance standards, and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and clinical support for IVF and embryology laboratory equipment and consumables
  • Technical support including demonstrate installation, operation, and troubleshooting of medical devices at customer sites
  • Conduct product training and seminars for doctors, embryologists, and lab staff on handling, usage, and best practices
  • Support product validation, trials, and clinical evaluations at IVF clinics
  • Collect customer feedback and share insights with product management and sales teams
  • Assist the sales team with clinical inputs, presentations, product demos, and presales discussions.
  • Active participation the exhibition.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, quality, and safety standards (ISO, CE, IVF lab guidelines, internal SOPs)
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, training materials, and user manuals
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in ART, embryology techniques, and IVF lab practices
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution, continuous improvement, and customer support.

Qualifications:

  • MSc in Clinical Embryology / Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Reproductive Biology
  • 5-8 years of hands-on experience in an IVF / ART laboratory.
  • Strong understanding of IVF lab equipment, workflows, and quality standards
  • Good communication, presentation, and training skills
  • 15 days of travel to customer sites every month is mandatory.
