We are looking for an enthusiastic Embedded & VLSI Recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates for roles in the Embedded and VLSI sectors. The recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand the needs of the team and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit candidates for Embedded and VLSI positions through various channels including job portals, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics to ensure a streamlined hiring process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Embedded and VLSI domains.
- Strong understanding of VLSI design concepts and embedded systems.
- Familiarity with industry-specific skills such as HDL (VHDL/Verilog), FPGA design, and microcontroller architectures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to assess technical skills through effective interview techniques.
