We're Hiring: Lead – Embedded Test Infrastructure
Bangalore | 8–12 Years Experience
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Design and build robust Python-based test frameworks (architecture level)
- Lead automation strategy across embedded validation environments (HIL/SIL/CI)
- Develop and scale test infrastructure for complex embedded systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (firmware, hardware, system)
- Drive best practices in test design, quality, and maintainability
- Own delivery, reliability, and continuous improvement of test platforms
Requirement:-
- 8–12 years in embedded testing / automation
- Strong Python expertise (framework development is a must)
- Hands-on experience in automation architecture
- Solid knowledge of embedded systems & protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C, UART)
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI), Git
- Strong ownership mindset and problem-solving ability
Good to have:-
- Automotive domain experience (ADAS, ECU, AUTOSAR)
- Exposure to HIL setups / lab automation
- Knowledge of C/C++
- Familiarity with ISO 26262 or related standards
