Job Title: Embedded Test Automation Engineer

Experience: 5+ years

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad/Pune

Summary

Own verification and validation activities for embedded and display systems, with a strong focus on scalable test automation and AI-enabled engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, automate, execute, and maintain verification and validation activities for embedded and display systems.
• Develop reliable automated test solutions using suitable automation technologies and AI-assisted approaches.
• Analyze test results, investigate failures, and communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work independently as an individual contributor while collaborating within an Agile delivery team.
  
  

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in verification and validation of embedded systems, with strong automation experience using AI tools and automation technologies using python or any other scripting technologies.
• Hands-on testing experience with display and embedded systems.
• Proven experience in verification and validation.
• Ability to work as an individual contributor, apply innovative problem-solving, and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in Agile projects.
• Basic understanding of embedded systems and concepts.
  
  

Good - To- Have

• Experience designing reusable test frameworks or utilities for embedded products.
• Exposure to test execution in hardware-based environments and investigation of hardware/software integration issues.
• Experience using CI/CD practices to trigger, monitor, or report automated tests.
• Ability to evaluate automation approaches and contribute to selection or standardization of test tooling.
