Job Description

Embedded Software Testing AnalystRole Responsibilities

Analyze and evaluate requirements and specifications for embedded software and firmware
Develop test cases aligned with acceptance criteria and quality standards
Manage and execute test cases using the Codebeamer ALM platform
Perform statistical analysis of test results to improve efficiency and reduce project costs
Support test management activities, including planning and coordination
Collaborate with crossfunctional, international, and agile teams

Required Qualifications

Degree in software engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field
Strong command of written and spoken English
Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in embedded systems
Solid understanding of software testing principles and agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM)
Handson experience with Codebeamer or similar ALM tools
ISTQB Foundation certification Advanced Level is an added advantage
Ability to think analytically and abstractly, with strong independence and teamwork skills

The Successful Applicant

A successful Embedded Test Analyst should have:

A strong educational background in electronics, computer science, or a related field.
Proficiency in testing embedded systems and software.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
Good understanding of hardware and software integration.
Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
