Position: Embedded Technical Lead

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Mandatory Skill: Strong hands-on experience in RTOS and Embedded Systems

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end embedded software projects

Plan, monitor, and communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders

Drive design, development, integration, and testing activities

Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality processes, and project regulations

Oversee preparation of Unit Verification Protocols and test documentation

Coordinate code reviews and technical design reviews

Contribute to Safety Risk Analysis and ensure compliance with safety standards

Guide teams in software module development, debugging, and issue resolution

Ensure timely delivery of assigned milestones and maintain project documentation
