Job Description

Job Title: Embedded System Engineer

Location: Bengaluru, India (On-Site)

Job Type: Full-Time (5 Days a Week)

Experience: 1 - 2 Years

About the Role

At NoBlink.ai, we are building the next generation of non-wearable safety technology and emergency response infrastructure for elder care. We are looking for a hands-on, driven Embedded Engineer to join our core team.

In this role, you will be heavily involved in the hardware lifecycle from prototyping and firmware development to testing the sensors that power our life-saving devices. If you love tinkering with electronics, writing clean code, and building products that have a direct, meaningful impact on people's lives, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Firmware Development: Design, write, and test robust C++ code for embedded systems and microcontrollers.
  • Prototyping & Integration: Rapidly prototype new features using Arduino and custom boards, interfacing with various non-wearable sensors (radar, vision, etc.).
  • Optimization: Optimize code for memory constraints, power consumption, and real-time responsiveness.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the software and product teams to ensure seamless data transmission from edge devices to our cloud infrastructure.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant, hands-on experience in embedded systems engineering.
  • Core Languages: Strong proficiency in C/C++.
  • Hardware Skills: Deep familiarity with the Arduino ecosystem, microcontrollers (e.g., ESP32, STM32), and communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART).
  • Electronics Background: A solid foundation in electronics. You should be comfortable reading datasheets, understanding basic circuit design, and soldering when necessary.
  • Problem-Solving: A tinkerer's mindset with a knack for debugging complex issues where hardware and software meet.

Work Setup

  • Full-Time: This is a high-impact, full-time role.
  • In-Office: We thrive on collaboration and physical hardware iteration. This role requires working from our Bengaluru office 5 days a week.

Why Join Us

  • Ground-Floor Opportunity: Be an early, crucial part of a startup tackling a massive, real-world problem in the geriatric care ecosystem.
  • Fast-Paced Learning: Get hands-on experience building an end-to-end consumer IoT product from the ground up.
  • Direct Impact: Your code and hardware choices will directly contribute to the safety and well-being of families and the elderly.
