Embedded Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Required Skills & Qualifications
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in:
• V4L2 (Video for Linux 2) driver development.
• Android multimedia frameworks (Camera, MediaPlayer, Codec2/OMX).
• Video Drivers (kernel-level, I2C/CSI/DSI, DMA, memory management).
• Video Codecs (integration, tuning, and optimization).
• Strong C/C++ programming skills with solid OS concepts.
• Experience with Linux kernel internals and device tree.
• Familiarity with Android HAL, HIDL/AIDL, and Treble architecture.
• Understanding of color formats, resolution scaling, and buffer management (ION/DMABUF).

Qualifications

• BTech/MTech in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field from a reputable college.
