Required Skills
Strong proficiency inC/C++for embedded development.
- Hands-on experience withMCUs/SoCs.
- Solid understanding ofimage processing fundamentals.
- Experience infirmware debugging, root-cause analysis, and optimization.
- Good knowledge ofembedded securityand cryptographic algorithms.
- Experience working withbiometric sensorsor camera modules is an added advantage.
- Knowledge ofML model deploymenton constrained embedded systems is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize embedded firmware for biometric-based L1 FPS systems.
- Integrate biometric sensors, camera modules, and other hardware peripherals on MCU/SoC platforms.
- Implement and tune algorithms for image acquisition, pre-processing, feature extraction, and liveness detection.
- Work with camera tuning, ISP pipelines, and sensor calibration for image-quality optimization.
- Ensure secure data handling using cryptographic methods (AES-GCM, RSA, SHA-256).
- Interface with hardware using I2C, SPI, UART, USB and other communication protocols.
- Debug, test, and validate firmware using JTAG, SWD, logic analyzers, and other embedded tools.
- Experience working withbiometric sensorsor camera modules is an added advantage.
- Knowledge ofML model deploymenton constrained embedded platforms is desirable.
