Job Description

ABOUT

Agnikul Cosmos is a company incubated at IIT Madras and we build rockets that can take satellites up to 500 kg to Lower Earth Orbit (LEO). In May 2024, we successfully completed our maiden launch from our own launchpad (India's first private launchpad). The launch has proven all the new technologies developed by Agnikul and also earned recognition from Honourable Prime Minister of India.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Proactive in acquiring the requirement from the leads and other teams. Must showcase endured execution towards the closure of the project.
Must step up to take responsibility during critical situation and guide the team towards the closure
Project Coordination: Manage specific projects or project phases, ensuring alignment with overall project plans and deadlines.
Team Leadership: Supervise associates, providing day-to-day guidance, performance feedback, and technical support.
Technical Oversight: Ensure technical standards are met, conduct code reviews, and maintain high-quality software development practices.
Innovation Support: Implement new technologies and methodologies as directed by the leads,

Requirements

Solid technical expertise in microprocessor and bare metal software development
Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, and Python
Hand on experience in linux OS with familiarity in POSIX standard is a must
Must have experience in peripheral handling using the communication protocols like UART, RS 422, RS 232, SPI and ethernet
Must have a strong knowledge of ethernet protocols like UDP ,TCP/IP with TSN
Knowledge of time synchronisation protocol in ethernet like PTP and NTP
Knowledge about the device driver and BSP
Hardware knowledge of DMA. Timers and GPIOs
Knowledge of integration of hardware and software for integration testing
Knowledge of validation procedure for the integration testing will be an added advantage
