We are looking for an Embedded Software Engineer – Adaptive AUTOSAR to join a team working on next-generation onboard software solutions for a major OEM. This role focuses on Adaptive AUTOSAR development in a Linux-based embedded environment, covering software implementation, integration, and debugging activities almost equally, with a slight emphasis on debugging and integration. The position sits at the intersection of embedded software development, platform integration, and issue investigation, supporting software delivery across the full development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain onboard software solutions in an Adaptive AUTOSAR environment
• Contribute to software implementation, integration, and debugging activities across embedded Linux platforms
• Investigate issues and apply effective debugging tools and techniques to resolve software and system-level problems
• Support integration activities and ensure smooth interaction between software components in the target environment
• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a version-controlled development environment
• Support software quality, stability, and maintainability in a production-oriented automotive context.
Qualifications:
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply debugging tools and techniques effectively
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and maintaining software solutions on Linux platforms
• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following languages: C, C++, Python, or Java
• Experience with low-level programming and embedded systems development is a plus
• Proven experience in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Proficiency in using version control systems such as Git for collaborative software development
• In-depth knowledge of Linux kernel and system-level programming is a plus.
