Your key Responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate software solutions for software-defined vehicles and
  
  

automotive vehicle-control systems.

• Design and prototype software architectures based on AUTOSAR Adaptive, QNX, and
  
  

POSIX operating-system concepts.

• Contribute to proof-of-concept activities, technical feasibility assessments, and
  
  

software innovation projects.

• Deliver secure, reliable, and performance-optimized automotive software in
  
  

collaboration with international engineering teams.

• Develop and integrate automotive software and middleware components for
  
  

software-defined vehicle applications.

• Design and implement software solutions using AUTOSAR Adaptive and serviceoriented
  
  

architecture principles.

• Develop, integrate, and debug software in QNX and POSIX-based environments.
• Analyze and implement essential operating-system concepts, including process
  
  

management, multithreading, memory management, scheduling, and synchronization.

• Implement and troubleshoot IPC mechanisms such as message queues, shared
  
  

memory, sockets, and signals.

• Apply relevant operating-system security concepts, including process isolation, access
  
  

control, privilege separation, and secure communication.

• Develop automation scripts and engineering tools using Python and Bash.
• Configure and maintain software builds using CMake.
• Perform target-level debugging and trace analysis using Trace32.
• Support software integration, testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to proof-of-concept development and technical feasibility assessments.
• Use Microsoft Copilot and other GenAI tools effectively for coding, debugging, testing,
  
  

documentation, and technical analysis.

• Document and present technical results to project stakeholders and engineering
  
  

teams.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering,

Embedded Systems, or a related discipline.

Typically 5–10+ years of experience in automotive software development or

embedded systems.

• Strong programming skills in C++ and experience with modern software-development
  
  

practices.

• Hands-on experience with QNX — mandatory.
• Experience with AUTOSAR Adaptive and automotive middleware.
• Good understanding of POSIX-based operating systems, multithreading, memory
  
  

management, and process management.

• Practical knowledge of IPC mechanisms and operating-system security concepts.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting — mandatory.
• Strong experience with CMake — mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Trace32 — mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Generative AI and efficient use of Microsoft Copilot for software engineering
  
  

activities — mandatory.

• Knowledge of automotive communication protocols such as SOME/IP or DDS.
• Awareness of automotive software quality and safety standards, such as ISO 26262.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
