Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kozhikode for an Embedded Engineer. We're building the firmware that powers our NMotion robotics components — and we're looking for someone to grow with us on that journey. This is a hands-on core role. You'll work directly with the founders on real products that are shipping to customers. No ticket queues, no legacy maintenance — just real embedded problems to solve and the freedom to own your work.

What We Need

• Worked with any MCU — STM32 preferred, Arduino is fine
• Hands-on with Timer, PWM, ADC, SPI, I2C, UART, Interrupts
• Strong C/C++ fundamentals
• Comfortable reading datasheets
• Ownership mindset — you take a problem and see it through

Good to Have

• STM32 / HAL libraries, RTOS, BLDC motor control concepts
• PCB design, soldering, hardware skills
• Robocon, e-Yantra, BAJA SAE, or similar competition experience
