Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Memory Design Engineer with strong expertise in custom memory circuit design, SRAM/Fast Cache architecture, and memory compiler development for advanced semiconductor technologies. The candidate should have hands-on experience working on embedded memory design and integration across FinFET technology nodes (7nm/5nm preferred).
The ideal candidate must be a hardcore memory circuit engineer with deep understanding of memory architecture, bit-cell design, peripheral circuits, timing optimization, and low-power memory implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop:
- Embedded SRAMs
- Fast Cache memories
- Register Files
- Custom memory macros
Work on:
- Memory compiler development
- Memory architecture optimization
- Memory integration into SoC/subsystems
- Perform detailed circuit design for:
- Bit-cells
- Sense amplifiers
- Decoders
- Write/read assist circuits
- Timing and control circuits
- Optimize memory designs for:
- Performance
- Power
- Area (PPA)
- Collaborate with:
- Physical Design teams
- Layout engineers
- SoC architects
- Foundry teams
- Support:
- Circuit simulation
- Silicon debug
- Design validation
- Yield and reliability analysis
- Ensure successful implementation across advanced technology nodes.
