Embedded Linux Team Lead

Lead and mentor a team of Embedded Linux engineers while remaining technically hands-on Actively contribute to: o Linux BSP bring-up o Kernel and driver development o Board-level debugging and system integration Own end-to-end delivery of Embedded Linux solutions on custom hardware Drive architecture, design decisions, and technical trade-oAs Perform hands-on debugging of complex issues using logs, traces, and debug tools Review and contribute to code, design documents, and technical specifications Serve as the primary technical escalation point within the team Collaborate closely with Hardware, QA, Validation, and Support teams Support customer discussions, technical reviews, and escalations as needed Ensure engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality processes are followed
