Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain embedded software with fundamentals in C programming.
  • Build and debug embedded Linux including UBoot configuration, kernel compilation, startup sequencing, and file systems.
  • Work with Linux build systems such as Yocto and Buildroot to create and customize embedded OS images.
  • Interface with hosttarget toolchains for crosscompilation and embedded platform development.
  • Debug complex issues using tools like JTAG, TRACE32, ICE, ICD, oscilloscopes, and protocol analyzers.
  • Analyze and resolve kernel stability concerns including crash analysis, system locks, and abnormal resets.
  • Read and interpret schematics, datasheets, technical reference manuals, and silicon revision sheets.
  • Produce clear documentation including specifications, design documents, test plans, and test reports.
  • Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and QA teams for system integration, validation, and performance optimization.
