- End-to-End Coaching: Guide student teams through the full IoT product lifecycle, covering the three critical dimensions:
- Device & Edge: Embedded programming (C/C++, Python) for microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi, ESP32) and sensor integration.
- Connectivity: Coaching on communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, LoRa) and network security.
- Cloud & Data: Integration with major IoT cloud platforms (e.g., AWS IoT, Azure IoT Hub, Google Cloud IoT) for data ingestion, storage, and basic analytics.
- System Architecture: Coach students on designing scalable and robust IoT architectures, emphasizing security, reliability, and low-power consumption.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct hardware-software integration reviews, code debugging, and performance testing to ensure solutions meet industrial quality standards.
2. Integrated Learning & Agile Culture
- Agile Development: Work closely with the Junior Scrum Master to embed the Agile demands of the industrial world, ensuring that hardware, embedded software, and cloud work streams are synchronized within Sprint cycles.
