About Company:
Adiuvo Diagnostics is a Techno-Social Enterprise, aimed at developing diagnostics devices in HealthCare affordable.
We are a start-up, having expertise in Optics, Electronics, Microbiology and looking for an effective team player, who can contribute significantly to the product development phase.
We are looking for Embedded Hardware Engineers, who are passionate about developing products that can address and impact bottom of the pyramid masses.
We are looking for an embedded hardware/Software engineer with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at Adiuvo. At Adiuvo, we combine cutting edge optical detection and imaging technologies with AI-based detection approaches to address important problems particularly in the medical sector, and in the healthcare sector in general. As part of this role, you would be working on the full hardware system development including system conceptualization, circuit design, embedded system design, testing, and data analysis.
RESPONSIBILITY:
PCB Design: Design, development, and testing of multi-layer PCBs using standard design tools (OrCAD, Eagle etc).
Embedded Hardware Development: Design and develop embedded hardware systems that integrate optics, electronics, and AI technologies. This involves working with microprocessors, microcontrollers, sensors, and other electronic components.
Bare Metal Programming: Develop firmware and software for embedded systems, focusing on bare metal programming. This includes writing efficient and optimized code to control and interface with the hardware components.
Circuit Simulation: Perform circuit simulations and analyses to verify the performance and functionality of the hardware designs. Use simulation tools to optimize the designs for performance, power consumption, and manufacturability.
Prototyping and Testing: Build prototypes of the embedded hardware systems and conduct thorough testing and validation. Collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure the hardware meets the functional and performance requirements.
Data analysis and curve plotting using python is a plus.
Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with other engineering teams, including optics, electronics, and software, to ensure seamless integration of the different components. Document the hardware design, specifications, test plans, and results for future reference.
Compliance and Regulatory Considerations: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements for medical devices. Stay updated with the latest regulations and incorporate them into the hardware design and development processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Strong experience in PCB designing and layout using industry-standard design tools (e.g., Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro).
Proficiency in embedded hardware development and bare metal programming.
Solid understanding of microprocessors, microcontrollers, and their peripherals.
Familiarity with circuit simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, LTspice) and experience in analyzing and optimizing hardware designs.
