We're building Phase, a split wireless gaming mouse, and we're hiring an embedded firmware engineer to help us move from working prototype to production milestones faster.
This role is focused on execution against a clear roadmap: wireless behavior, settings and storage flows, power-management work, and hardware validation. The product is already in active development, and we're looking for someone who can help accelerate delivery, reduce schedule risk, and close out well-scoped firmware tasks with solid hardware evidence.
This is hands-on embedded work on a real device. We care about verified behavior on hardware, not just code that compiles.

What this role looks like
Important note for applicants We use AI tools ourselves when helpful, but this role requires real embedded understanding. During screening, we will ask follow-up questions about your past work, debugging approach, and design choices. Please apply only if you can comfortably explain your own code and your own hardware decisions.
To apply, fill out our application form. Applications without form submissions will not be reviewed.
