Job Description
- 8+ years embedded firmware development
- Strong C/C++ on microcontrollers
- FreeRTOS (tasks, timing, concurrency)
- Hands-on debugging with lab equipment
- BLE stack development experience (secure connections, GAP, GATT, L2CAP)
- Experience with Silicon Labs MG26 / EFR32 or similar MCUs
- Able to debug real operational issues with minimal guidance
