Responsibilities
- Responsibility for this position is to develop embedded software for Honeywell fire detection systems requiring expertise in various technologies like CPP programming, RTOS and Linux system programming.
- Good Experience in embedded firmware design and development, experience in microcontroller & microprocessor design and interfacing
- Experience in RTOS, Linux, communications (TCP/IP, RS485, CAN, I2C, SPI,UART)
- Proficient in CPP programming
- Well versed with Scaled Agile (SAFE)
- Good communications, presentation skills and ability to handle multiple activities/priorities effectively
- To be able to estimate, plan - design and development related activities
Exposure to the following areas is an added advantage
- Ability to understand hardware and schematics
- Experience and understanding of cyber security assessments and measures to prevent security risks in the system
- Understanding of Fire Regulatory Standards EN54, UL 864
Qualifications
Candidate from BE/MTech in CSE/ECE with 5 plus; years for experience
Mandatory skills – CPP, RTOS, Linux, Communication protocols.
