Embedded Engineer

Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.

• 5 to 8 yrs of Managerial Candidate with good embedded automation and client facing experience.

• Strong proficiency in Python and pytest framework.

• Hands-on experience with motor control algorithms (6-step commutation, BLDC, PMSM).

• Deep knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI, CAN).

• Hardware expertise with STM, XMC, and similar controllers.

• Experienced in schematic design and reading

• Methodologies: Proven track record of managing projects using Agile methodologies.

• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong understanding of motor control principles (BLDC, PMSM, AC/DC motors).

• Experience with embedded C/C++, Python, RTOS, and microcontroller architectures.

• Work with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and motor test benches.

• Track, analyze, and report defects using tools like JIRA or similar.

• Familiarity with hardware debugging tools and communication protocols.

• Experience in automotive or industrial motor control applications.

• Prior experience in MAGTROL is a big plus.
