Embedded Eng Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy including automation and simulation across platforms.
2. Lead, mentor, and manage multiple test teams to deliver high-quality test services.
3. Drive test innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement in alignment with customer needs.
4. Coordinate cross-functional collaboration, manage testing budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Instrumentation or related field.
2. 15+ years of experience in system testing or development, preferably in large-scale environments.
3. Expertise in control systems, safety systems, and legacy system migration.
4. Proficiency in tools like JIRA/Xray and knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
