Join Sii and play a key role in delivering embedded GUI solutions for home appliance products. As an Embedded GUI Software Engineer, you will develop, maintain, and test Linux-based touchscreen interfaces for a high-end line of ovens. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support high-quality, secure, and reliable GUI software throughout the product lifecycle.
Your tasks
- Developing and maintaining embedded Linux-based GUI applications
- Implementing touchscreen user interfaces using Crank Storyboard and related frameworks
- Performing debugging, integration, and system testing on target devices
- Supporting test automation activities and ensuring software quality
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation in English
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams during development and testing activities
- Identifying and resolving issues related to embedded GUI applications and system performance
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Embedded Development
- Strong knowledge of embedded GUI development using Crank technologies
- Hands-on experience with Crank Storyboard and C/C++ programming
- Familiarity with touchscreen TFT displays and GUI testing practices
- Understanding of unit, integration, and system testing methodologies
- Awareness of secure coding principles and open-source compliance
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level)
