Embedded/C Firmware Engineer (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Embedded/C Firmware Engineer to support the development and validation of low-level firmware for embedded hardware platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Embedded C programming, firmware debugging, low-level software development, and microcontroller architectures such as ARM Cortex or RISC-V. You will work closely with global engineering teams to design, validate, and optimize firmware solutions for advanced embedded products while ensuring reliability, performance, and maintainability

Your tasks

• Developing and maintaining low-level firmware for embedded hardware platforms
• Designing and implementing Embedded C software for microcontroller-based systems
• Debugging and troubleshooting firmware issues using practical and systematic approaches
• Collaborating with hardware and software teams to integrate and optimize embedded solutions
• Performing firmware validation, testing, and verification activities
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, test plans, and development artifacts
• Supporting code reviews and ensuring compliance with development standards and best practices
• Contributing to product improvements and resolving technical issues throughout the development lifecycle
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Embedded Firmware Development
• Strong hands-on experience in Embedded C programming
• Excellent knowledge of low-level firmware development and debugging techniques
• Solid understanding of microcontroller architectures, particularly ARM Cortex or RISC-V
• Experience working with embedded hardware platforms and device-level programming
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in global engineering environments
• Good English communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
