Embedded AI / Python Automation Test Engineer

Required Technical Skills

Python Automation

• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Experience developing Python-based automation scripts and frameworks.
• Good understanding of Python libraries and test automation methodologies.
• Experience with frameworks such as PyTest, unittest, or similar.

Embedded Systems

• Good understanding of Embedded Systems and Embedded Software.
• Experience testing embedded applications, firmware, or device-level software.
• Understanding of hardware/software interaction and debugging.
• Knowledge of Linux/Embedded Linux is an advantage.

AI / Machine Learning

• Basic to strong understanding of AI/ML concepts.
• Hands-on experience with TensorFlow or similar ML frameworks.
• Experience testing AI/ML models and inference pipelines.
• Understanding of model validation, accuracy, performance, and edge-case testing is preferred.

Test Case Development & Automation

• Ability to analyze requirements and develop detailed test scenarios and test cases.
• Experience converting manual test cases into automated test scripts.
• Develop positive, negative, boundary, stress, and regression test cases.
• Good understanding of STLC, test planning, defect lifecycle, and regression testing.
• Experience with defect tracking and test management tools.
