Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing professional to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns to drive customer engagement, lead generation, conversions, and customer retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and promotional emails.
• Manage email campaigns for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Create engaging email content, subject lines, and CTAs to improve open rates and click-through rates.
• Segment email lists and implement personalized email campaigns.
• Manage email automation, drip campaigns, and customer journeys.
• Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, conversions, bounce rates, and unsubscribe rates.
• Maintain email databases and ensure data quality and compliance with email marketing regulations.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance.
• Work with design, content, sales, and digital marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Manage email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Zoho Campaigns, or similar tools.
• Prepare campaign reports and recommend improvements based on performance data.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in email marketing and campaign management.
• Knowledge of email automation, segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
• Understanding of email deliverability, spam compliance, and database management.
• Proficiency in email marketing tools and analytics.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on improving campaign performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant email marketing experience.
