Job Requirements* Experience range 8-15 Yrs Candidate should Lead and manage the Cybersecurity Operations team, ensuring timely detection, investigation, and resolution of security incidents.

Hands-on experience in email security, including email analysis, header inspection, and mitigation of phishing and spam attacks.

Strong understanding of SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and email authentication mechanisms.

Analyze and act on threats related to bad URLs, URL redirecting, and IP blocklisting/allowlisting.

Key Responsibilities* • Lead and manage the Cybersecurity Operations team, ensuring timely detection, investigation, and resolution of security incidents.

• Conduct thorough email analysis, including header analysis, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC verification.

• Monitor and manage domain and sub-domain security, identifying spoofed domains, phishing attempts, and malicious URLs.

• Analyze and act on threats related to bad URLs, URL redirecting, and IP blocklisting/allowlisting.

• Perform investigations using tools such as VirusTotal (VT), Proofpoint, and internal monitoring solutions.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Splunk dashboards and queries to detect anomalies and potential threats.

• Oversee mitigation strategies for phishing and spamming attacks, including proactive threat hunting and intelligence sharing.

• Collaborate with IT, network, and other security teams to enforce security policies and harden systems.

• Maintain documentation of incidents, response actions, and best practices to improve the cybersecurity posture.

• Mentor and train junior analysts on technical skills, email security protocols, and investigation methodologies.
