Classcard is a B2B SaaS platform helping sports academies, tutoring centres, and education businesses manage registrations, payments, attendance, and communication all in one place. We work with customers across UAE, India, Singapore, UK, and beyond.

We're growing fast and doubling down on high-quality outbound thoughtful, data-driven, and personalised.

Role Overview:

As an Email Outreach Specialist, you'll own the execution engine of our outbound motion from clean data and Clay workflows to running campaigns, managing inboxes, and continuously improving results.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys systems, precision, and iteration, and wants to build deep expertise in modern outbound.

Key Responsibilities:

Clay & Data Operations (Core)

  • Build, manage, and optimise Clay workflows (enrichment, segmentation, deduplication)
  • Maintain high-quality lead lists (remove bounces, role-based emails, bad domains)
  • Ensure ICP relevance and data freshness
  • Tag leads accurately (segment, country, persona, funnel stage)

Outbound Campaign Execution

  • Schedule and run outbound email campaigns (weekly / bi-weekly)
  • Ensure correct sequencing, throttling, warm-up safety, and deliverability
  • Coordinate with the team on subject lines, copy variants, and personalisation tokens
  • QA campaigns before launch (links, placeholders, logic, formatting)

Inbox & Reply Management

  • Monitor inboxes daily
  • Respond to positive and neutral replies within SLA
  • Categorise replies as Interested, Not now, Not a fit, or Referral / Forward.
  • Route high-intent replies to the right owner (sales / founder)
  • Maintain clean reply tagging for reporting

Reporting & Optimisation

  • Track campaign performance weekly
  • Analyse which segments reply more, which subject lines convert, and which ICPs remain cold.
  • Suggest iterative improvements (copy, timing, targeting, sequencing)

What We're Looking For:

  • 02 year's experience in outbound, growth, marketing ops, or sales ops
  • Strong attention to detail you catch broken tokens and bad data fast
  • Comfortable working with tools like Clay, Google Sheets, CRMs, and email tools
  • Curious, analytical, and eager to improve conversion rates
  • Clear written English

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Clay or similar enrichment tools
  • Exposure to cold email / outbound SaaS motion
  • Familiarity with deliverability basics (warm-up, throttling, domains)
