Email Outbound GTM engineer

We're a small custom software development shop selling into the US, and we also run Muntin (getmuntin.com).

Outbound is currently zero. No domains, no sequencer, no lists, no campaigns. You would build it from nothing and own it.

What you'd own

• Sending infrastructure end to end: buying domains, DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), provisioning inboxes, warmup, rotation, blacklist and deliverability monitoring
• Choosing the stack (sequencer, data providers, enrichment) and standing it up
• ICP definition. Our projects have spanned several industries and we don't yet have one tight ICP — figuring out which segments actually reply is part of the job
• List building and data sourcing. Buying data is fine if it works
• Writing and testing sequences, then the boring part: iterating on them weekly
• LinkedIn outbound alongside email
• Reporting the numbers that matter — positive reply rate and meetings booked, not opens

What we're looking for

• 2+ years running B2B cold email as your primary job, ideally SaaS or agency-side
• You have personally set up cold email infrastructure — not worked with a team that did. You know why a fresh domain doesn't send 50 emails on day one
• Real campaigns to a US audience, and you can talk through the numbers of one honestly, including the ones that didn't work
• You write your own copy. It doesn't need to be beautiful, it needs to get replies
• Comfortable being the only person doing this, reporting straight to the founder

Nice to have

• Clay, n8n, Make, or scripting for enrichment and list building
• Experience selling services (rather than only SaaS) — the motion is different
• Deliverability work after something broke, not just during setup
