About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Campaign Operations Executive to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels. The role requires strong coordination skills to ensure timely delivery of campaigns, seamless stakeholder communication, quality control, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously while working closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Design, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, Web, Push Notifications, SMS, Meta, Google, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Coordinate campaign scheduling, deployment, and timely execution across multiple platforms.
  • Manage client deliverables, including presentations, marketing collateral, sales decks, brochures, and pitch decks.
  • Ensure quality assurance (QA) of creatives, landing pages, communication copies, tracking links, UTMs, and campaign assets before launch.
  • Coordinate with internal teams including Marketing, Product, Design, Technology, Sales, and external agencies to ensure timely campaign delivery.
  • Track campaign performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and dashboards.
  • Maintain campaign calendars and ensure adherence to timelines.
  • Support lead management, campaign tracking, and marketing automation activities.
  • Assist in creating SOPs, documentation, and operational workflows to improve campaign efficiency.
  • Manage stakeholder communication by providing regular project updates and ensuring timely closure of action items.
  • Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance execution efficiency.

Required Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, Digital Marketing Operations, or Project Coordination.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent quality control and review skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
