We're building a performance-driven marketing team that thrives on measurable growth, and we're looking for a tech-savvy Email Marketing Specialist who can own and scale our outbound, nurture, and ABM campaigns while ensuring high deliverability and domain/IP health.

What You'll Do -

Campaign Execution & Strategy:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns for inbound nurture, outbound ABM, Winback and customer retention.
  • Build email workflows and drip sequences in email automation tools based on ICPs, funnel stage, and user activity.
  • Write conversion-focused, personalized email copies that improve open and reply rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and send times to maximize engagement.

Deliverability & Technical Management:

  • Monitor and maintain high inbox deliverability across Gmail, Outlook, and other mail clients.
  • Understand and troubleshoot spam logic, filters, and email classification (Primary vs. Promotions vs. Social tabs).
  • Manage SendGrid dedicated IP reputation, warm-up sequences, and domain health.
  • Diagnose and recover domains or IPs if sender reputation drops (SPF, DKIM, DMARC alignment, DNS audits).
  • Track and improve domain reputation scores, bounce rates, spam complaint rates, and engagement metrics.
  • Collaborate with IT/DevOps to manage authentication protocols, DNS configurations, and DLT compliance.

Data Management & Reporting:

  • Use Apollo for data enrichment, list hygiene, and contact segmentation by persona, geography, and funnel stage.
  • Ensure opt-out and unsubscribe compliance and maintain clean, permission-based mailing lists.
  • Analyze weekly performance reports (deliverability, CTRs, conversions) and share optimization insights with leadership.

What We're Looking For:

  • 25 years of hands-on experience in B2B SaaS or CRM email marketing.
  • Strong understanding of email deliverability, sender reputation, spam filters, and inbox placement factors.
  • Technical know-how in SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS configuration, and domain/IP reputation management.
  • Experience with A/B testing, data segmentation, and campaign reporting.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills ability to blend personalization with performance.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of tools like Postmaster Tools, GlockApps, MXToolbox, or Warmup Inbox.
