Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Email Marketing Specialist who can manage end-to-end email campaigns across B2B IT audiences. The ideal candidate understands SaaS/IT buying journeys, segmentation, automation workflows, and performance metrics.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting CTOs, founders, product heads, and decision-makers.
- Build automated workflows, drip sequences, and nurturing journeys.
- Write and optimize high-converting copy tailored to IT, SaaS, and enterprise clients.
- Maintain audience segmentation for cold, warm, and active leads.
- Monitor campaign performance (opens, clicks, replies, conversions).
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, design, and CTAs.
- Maintain list hygiene and ensure compliance with spam/opt-in regulations.
- Coordinate with design, content, and sales teams for alignment.
- Optimize deliverability and minimize bounce/spam issues.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in IT/SaaS services.
- Strong command over email automation platforms (Instantly, Mailchimp, Customer.io, Lemlist, Apollo, or similar).
- Understanding of IT buyer personas and technical decision-making cycles.
- Ability to create compelling email copy for cold outreach and nurturing.
- Experience with segmentation, scoring, and workflow automation.
- Knowledge of deliverability best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting campaign metrics.

- Experience with LinkedIn outreach tools.
- Understanding of GTM strategy in IT services.
