Job Description

Role Summary

We are hiring a performance-driven Email Marketing Specialist to own, operate, and scale Antier's global email marketing engine. This role goes far beyond newsletters — it is a revenue-aligned demand generation function responsible for nurturing leads, enabling outbound efforts, supporting Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and driving measurable pipeline impact.

The role supports Antier's global B2B offerings across Web3, Blockchain, AI, and enterprise technology services, and requires someone comfortable working in a high-volume, multi-service, multi-region environment. The candidate will collaborate closely with sales, pre-sales, performance marketing, and product marketing teams to convert prospects into qualified opportunities.

This position directly influences MQL creation, SQL conversion, and long-cycle enterprise deal nurturing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns across Antier's services and product offerings, including:

Web3 services (DeFi, GameFi, NFTs, RWA, Exchanges, AI × Web3, infrastructure, etc.)

Enterprise blockchain consulting

Product launches and GTM initiatives

Build Structured Campaign Calendars Aligned With

SEO & content marketing initiatives

Paid acquisition (PPC & LinkedIn campaigns)

Sales outreach and enablement

Execute Multiple Campaign Types

Newsletters

Promotional and service campaigns

Lead magnet campaigns

Webinar and event communications

Re-engagement campaigns

  • Lead Nurturing & Funnel Management

Design And Manage Automated Lifecycle Email Journeys For

MQL nurturing

SQL conversion

Long-cycle enterprise prospects

Create Segmented Nurture Tracks For

Different Web3 verticals

Enterprise vs startup audiences

Buyer personas such as founders, CTOs, product leaders, and investors

Work closely with sales and pre-sales teams to build stage-wise communication flows aligned with deal progression.
