We are looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of experience in Account-Based Email Marketing (Outbound) to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing outbound email campaigns that generate qualified leads and book high-quality client demos. Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize outbound Account-Based Email Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
- Develop targeted email campaigns that drive qualified leads and scheduled client demos.
- Build and manage segmented email lists for personalized outreach.
- Create compelling email copy and strong calls-to-action (CTAs) to maximize engagement.
- Utilize email marketing platforms to automate campaigns and workflow sequences.
- Ensure high email deliverability by following industry best practices and maintaining sender reputation.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, email content, CTAs, and campaign strategies to improve performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics including open rates, click-through rates, reply rates, and conversions.
- Generate performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Coordinate and participate in client calls to discuss campaign progress, strategies, and performance.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to align campaigns with client objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Account-Based Outbound Email Marketing.
- Experience using email marketing and outreach platforms such as Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo, Lemlist, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain reputation, and spam compliance.
- Experience with email list segmentation and campaign automation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience handling client meetings and presenting campaign updates.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
