Email Marketing Specialist to help us build meaningful customer relationships, nurture leads, and drive business growth through powerful email campaigns.

What You'll Do
As Our Email Marketing Specialist, You Will
- Design and execute end-to-end email marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Create engaging email content including newsletters, promotions, and automated journeys, ensuring it is engaging and relevant to the target audience.
- Build personalized campaigns using segmentation and automation tools(e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) to improve future strategies.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions
- Run A/B tests on subject lines, layouts, content, and send times for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to support broader marketing initiatives
- Ensure all campaigns follow industry best practices and compliance standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
What We're Looking For
We're seeking someone who brings both creativity and analytical thinking to the table:
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo and Adobe Commerce are a plus)
- Strong skills in basic HTML and email graphic creation
- Excellent written communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to interpret campaign data and make informed decisions
- Proven experience managing multiple campaigns and delivering timely performance reports
