About the Role

We are looking for a performance-driven Email Marketing Specialist to generate qualified B2B leads for our LMS/LXP SaaS platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cold outreach, contact discovery, and campaign optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute targeted B2B cold email campaigns
• Build verified prospect databases using Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, etc.
• Perform data scraping and contact discovery for decision-makers (HR, L&D, CXOs)
• Create and manage automated email sequences
• Optimize open rates, reply rates, and domain health
• Work closely with sales team to drive demo bookings

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in B2B SaaS email marketing or lead generation
• Strong hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha
• Understanding of ICP targeting and outbound funnel
• Basic knowledge of email deliverability & CRM tools
• Result-oriented and data-driven mindset
