Job Overview:We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for digital marketing, and the ability to generate high-quality leads through email campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to generate and nurture leads.
- Research and identify potential clients through various online sources.
- Build and maintain an email database of potential customers.
- Write compelling and professional email content to engage prospects.
- Track and analyze email campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversions).
- Follow up on leads and schedule calls/meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with lead information.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid).
- Strong research skills to identify potential leads.
- Ability to write engaging and persuasive emails.
- Good understanding of LinkedIn and other lead generation platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data entry.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
