About the Role

We are looking for an Email Marketing Intern who is interested in B2B email outreach, lead generation, and email campaign management.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with tools such as Smartlead, Instantly, and Clay, and be comfortable using AI tools to create, improve, and automate outreach workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads for email outreach campaigns.
• Set up and manage email campaigns using Smartlead, Instantly, or similar tools.
• Use Clay for lead generation, data enrichment, and prospect research.
• Create and manage email sequences and outreach workflows.
• Use AI tools to build, optimize, and automate campaign workflows.
• Research prospects and maintain accurate lead data.
• Monitor campaigns and track email engagement and replies.
• Review and manage responses from prospects.
• Continuously test and improve email campaigns, messaging, and workflows.
• Work with the team to execute and improve outbound email marketing campaigns.

Must-Have Skills

• Hands-on experience with Smartlead / Instantly.
• Experience with lead generation and prospecting.
• Experience with email outreach and campaign management.
• Familiarity with Clay or similar lead-generation/data-enrichment tools.
• Ability to use AI tools to create and improve workflows.
• Good written communication and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools and processes.

Experience

Candidates with 3 months to 2 years of relevant experience in email marketing, lead generation, email outreach, campaign management, or similar roles are welcome to apply.

Note: This is a full-time paid internship for 3 to 6 months of duration. Freelancers will not be considered.
