Role Description
TJC is looking for an Email Marketing Expert to own and scale our email channel across ecommerce, live commerce, and digital platforms. This is a high-impact role focused on automation, segmentation, personalization, and revenue growth.
What You'll Do
Plan & execute high-performing email campaigns
Build lifecycle journeys: welcome, abandonment, win-back, VIP & more
Drive segmentation & personalization for higher conversions
Own email revenue, performance metrics & A/B testing
Manage deliverability, list hygiene & GDPR compliance
Collaborate with digital, buying, and creative teams to drive growth
What We're Looking For
36+ years in Email/CRM/Lifecycle Marketing (ecommerce preferred)
Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar ESPs
Strong analytical & commercial mindset
Expertise in automation, segmentation & performance optimisation
